  • Unscrew the cap and hold it under one side of your nose at a time. Inhale deeply for 2–3 breaths on each side.


    Focus on sending your breath into the heart centre.


    Use during stressful moments, or whenever you need to return to yourself.

     

    For support with anxiety:
    Use your inhaler at the first sign of stress. Inhale deeply for 2–3 breaths on each side. Repeat every 30–60 minutes as needed.

    Pair with slow, intentional breathing and grounding techniques like placing your feet flat on the floor or holding a crystal in your hand.


    Close the lid tightly to preserve the blend for 3–4 months.
