Hello and welcome to my site, I'm very grateful that you are here and hope you find the support that you are looking for. ​

I am a busy mam of two amazing daughters, they inspire me to be the best version of myself in all areas of my life.
​
I entered the holistic world in 2020.
Having been very sick in the early part of that year, I was introduced to BioKinesiology.
This was the missing piece of my health puzzle and put me on track to transforming my health on all physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
​
My first training in Reiki level one happened that year and I have gone on to earn my diploma in Biokinesiolgy, Reiki Master and Teacher, Rahanni Practitioner along with certificates in Aromatherapy, Anatomy and Physiology, Indian Head Massage and continue to attend many CPD (Continuous Professional Development) training days, workshops and events.

My passion at Crimson Sky Wellness is to support my clients in feeling the best they can, giving them the tools and support to restore their energy and health. I really believe that if I can do it, so can you!
​
My vision for this website is to create, one place for you to find access to or guidance to all the tools that I benefited from when starting out on my own journey.
