During your BioKinesiology session, we start by reviewing your client information form to get a complete picture of your health. You'll lie fully clothed on a comfortable bed while I perform a gentle relaxation technique. Together, we'll identify areas needing support, whether emotional, structural, or chemical. Adult sessions typically last an hour, with the first appointment being slightly longer. Sessions for children and babies are about 40 minutes. My goal is for you to leave feeling relaxed and confident in the steps to improve your health and well-being.
