About the event
Each month we will utilise one of the elements of Fire, Water, Earth or Air during guided visualisation to release old energies, ties or blocks that are holding you back.
Each session will include some tapping, beautiful music, a powerful guided visualisation, distant Reiki healing, affirmations and more.
All you need is a quiet space and an internet connection. You can of course, use your other tools such as candles, incense, crystals or essential oils to really make your space feel comforting and relaxed.
